This week I tried to draw my left hand with my right hand with the same degree of freedom that I drew my right hand with my left in Week 3.

Embodied Tinnitus Series 1-7

Over the past few months, I have been trying to embrace a new ringing in my ears, it has been both disturbing and strangely fascinating.
The various noises I experience could be described as:
Day 1. Embodied shusshing
Day 2. Embodied zinging
Day 3. Embodied ssstttting
Day 4. Embodied waves
Day 5. Embodied hissing
Day 6. Embodied fuffing
Day 7. Embodied pinging

This drawing project has offered me the opportunity to experience these sounds from an embodied place, through the act of drawing.
